We are seeking a Sales Executive to strengthen our sales team across the UK. This field sales role covers either the Midlands or London and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Air, Sea, and Road Freight sales.
In this role, you will drive new business development by selling NX Air, Sea, Road, and Warehousing products, while building strong relationships with new and existing customers to maximize satisfaction and revenue. Success requires resilience, determination, and experience in targeting, researching, and managing sales leads through to order and delivery.

Responsibilities- Prospect and develop new opportunities through telemarketing, direct mail, and client visits.
- Build a portfolio from targeted business development and existing networks.
- Cold call and schedule meetings with prospects and clients, providing tailored consultative services, including upselling.
- Promote Nippon products & services through presentations and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the UK sales team to plan sales strategies to increase profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, escalations, and queries as the initial contact point.
- Maintain personal budgets, pipelines, and activity reports using tools like Salesforce.
- Identify improvements in services and quality to foster business growth and customer loyalty.
- Create SOPs with operational departments to ensure seamless account onboarding.
- Manage client base, resolving operational and financial issues proactively.
- Proven experience in Air/Ocean/Road/Logistics sales.
- Strong commercial acumen, tenacity, and drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently, understanding client needs proactively.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and influencing skills.
- Service-oriented approach, prioritizing quality over price.
