Solution Design
- Support the design and optimisation of warehouse layouts and processes: Assist in translating customer requirements and data into efficient, practical warehouse solutions under guidance from a senior logistics engineer.
- Help analyse customer flows and operational data: Work with inbound and outbound flow information to identify patterns and opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in presenting findings and proposals: Contribute to clear and structured presentations for site management and customers, aligned with senior engineer recommendations.
- Turn insights into action: Support the commercial phase by gathering and processing cost elements (labour, investment, IT, etc.), assisting with price setting, and participating in customer meetings alongside sales and site teams.
Implementation
- Support the development of project plans for new contracts: Help define timelines, milestones, and team responsibilities as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
- Assist in implementing projects: Coordinate tasks and track progress with guidance, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with teams and stakeholders across functions: Work closely with senior logistics engineers, sales, site managers, and external partners to support smooth project execution.
- Prepare progress reports and monitor project performance: Assist in producing updates, basic cost analyses, and budget overviews for internal and external stakeholders.
Innovation
- Contribute to innovation through technology and process improvements: Support trials of new technologies, such as automated guided vehicles, co‑bots, and administrative automation, and help include these ideas in proposals.

What You Bring
