Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Warehouse team, including Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Operatives.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations in a 24/7, 365‑day logistics environment.
• Supervise Air and Ocean import/export logistics.
• Optimize distribution and fulfilment processes.
• Ensure compliance with CAA, GDP, H&S, and customs-bonded standards.
• Maintain documentation, conduct audits, and implement compliance programmes.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including safety and quality drives and technology upgrades.
• Provide high‑quality customer service, resolve issues, and build strong client relationships.
• Create customer and internal reporting using Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7‑10 years of warehouse management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Air & Ocean processes and freight forwarding.
• In‑depth understanding of CAA, GDP, H&S regulations.
• Proven leadership experience with team development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
