The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to support the planning, set-up, execution and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google. This is a hands‑on performance marketing role suited to an individual who is confident working directly within advertising platforms and is looking to develop their career within paid media. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day‑to‑day implementation of campaigns, including campaign builds, audience creation, performance monitoring and ongoing optimisation to improve efficiency, traffic quality and return on investment. Working closely with the wider marketing team, the role will help ensure paid activity aligns with broader brand and commercial priorities, while contributing clear reporting, test learnings and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads in line with campaign objectives and commercial priorities.
- Create, manage and refine audience strategies across prospecting, retargeting and lookalike audiences to support efficient customer acquisition and conversion.
- Set up campaigns, ad sets, creative assets and tracking requirements accurately and on time, ensuring platform best practice is followed at all times.
- Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and make data‑led optimisation decisions relating to budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, placements and creative.
- Support additional performance marketing or digital trading activity when reasonably requested and within the scope of the role.
- Support structured test‑and‑learn programmes across creative, messaging, audiences and campaign set‑up to improve performance over time.
- Assist in the production of weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key results, trends, insights and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to ensure paid activity is aligned with ecommerce, brand, social and seasonal trading priorities.
- Maintain strong attention to detail across campaign execution, reporting accuracy and tracking implementation.
- Keep up to date with platform developments, new ad formats and best practice, bringing forward ideas that could improve campaign performance or efficiency.
GENERAL
Contribute to the overall business direction and strategy. Carry out additional duties when reasonably requested and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the role.
The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following
- Previous experience at this level in Digital Marketing, Paid Media or Performance Marketing or strong junior level practical exposure.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of key paid media metrics and campaign set‑up principles.
- Numerical and literacy skills; Able to demonstrate effective written communication and can make practical use of relevant management information.
- Intermediate to advanced IT skills, in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with practical execution focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively.
- Willingness to learn, develop and contribute in a fast‑paced environment.
