NIOX® is a medical device company focused on point of care asthma diagnosis and management. Our market‑leading NIOX® products are used in clinical settings by physicians around the world to improve asthma diagnosis and management and by leading research organisations conducting clinical studies on behalf of pharmaceutical companies. At present, NIOX® provides products and services in around 50 countries.
In order to support these activities, we are currently seeking a Marketing Executive. Reporting into the Medical Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and product adoption. Following the brief of the Medical Marketing Manager, this role focuses on developing and implementing tactical marketing activities, managing content creation, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
The Marketing Executive plays a vital role in delivering campaigns on time and within budget while upholding regulatory compliance in a healthcare and pharmaceutical environment. In collaboration with the Medical Marketing Manager and Regional Brand Leads, the Marketing Executive will develop digital and email campaigns – optimising, tracking and reporting on performance. As a medical devices company, the Marketing Executive will also take ownership of submitting materials to the company's Promotional Material Review Committee (PMRC) to ensure that all campaigns are adherent to industry guidelines and regulations.
Key Responsibilities of Role:- Collaborate and assist in the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event platforms.
- Coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed effectively.
- Support product launches by preparing marketing materials and coordinating roll‑out activities.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
- Produce engaging and scientifically accurate marketing content, including brochures, presentations, website copy, and social media posts.
- Work with external agencies, designers, and suppliers to develop marketing collateral.
- Update and maintain the company website, social media channels, and digital assets library.
- Responsible for the creation, publication, and scheduling of social media posts.
- Organise and manage logistics for trade shows, medical conferences, symposia, and webinars.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful event delivery.
- Gather and report on post‑event feedback and analytics to improve future activities.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to support campaign planning and product positioning.
- Collect and interpret customer feedback to guide marketing initiatives.
- Provide insights to senior marketing colleagues for strategy development.
- Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Maintain marketing databases, CRM systems, and distribution lists.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking in coordination with the finance team.
- Responsible for execution of the company's press strategy.
