Hours: 3pm-11pm or 4pm-12am (Monday-Friday)

The firm is seeking an experienced Legal Document Production Specialist to join its established evening team on a fully remote, permanent basis. The Role

  • Produce legal documents to the highest standard of accuracy, consistently meeting tight deadlines.
  • Help prioritise workflow effectively, keeping fee earners and partners informed of progress, potential delays, or challenges.
  • Create, amend, convert, and format documents for all departments, ensuring the firm's house style is incorporated at all times.
  • Handle a broad range of document tasks including conversions, PDFs, digital dictation, document repairs, organisation charts, and presentations.
  • Manage files via a cloud-based system, ensuring documents are correctly checked in and out.
  • Take full responsibility for your own work, carrying out thorough quality checks before returning documents.
  • Enjoy working as part of a supportive remote team environment alongside other document centre operators.

About You

  • Proven experience in a legal document production role within a law firm, a minimum of 5 years experience is required.
  • Advanced MS Word skills, with experience using Adobe Acrobat and Visio highly desirable.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency.
  • Calm and efficient under pressure, with excellent organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator who builds strong working relationships across departments.
  • A proactive team player who is equally comfortable working independently.
