About the role: The Senior Operations Analyst will provide direct support to the CRO and Regional Sales Leaders, and own related reporting, analytics and business planning activities. You will use technical skills and business acumen to develop business growth plans and strategies to improve the productivity of the partner organization and success of the partner ecosystem. The Senior Operations Analyst will work in close partnership with Sales Ops, Sales Leaders, Finance, Renewals, Marketing, IT and Product. The Senior Operations Analyst will work seamlessly with Sales and Finance to develop source of truth sales and pipeline reporting.
Your contribution will be:
- Align with the Data Science and Sales Ops teams to overhaul globally standardized reporting and dashboards for the Revenue organization across sales and pipeline metrics.
- Support annual operational planning activities aligned to strategic initiatives and priorities supported by market trend research and internal data analyses.
- Support the creation, tracking, and execution of goals and operational metrics required to achieve the strategic objectives of the business group.
- Support operational activities related to resource planning, budgeting, compensation plans, preparing for monthly & quarterly operational reviews, and tracking status of initiatives.
- Drive process optimization and automation initiatives to improve the efficiency and quality of the partner deal cycle.
- Proactively identify, track, and execute opportunities to improve operational performance and achieve key goals and targets.
- Create forecasting and other analytical models using the appropriate business logic to provide actionable insights.
To be successful, we think you need:
- 7+ years of experience in strategy & sales operations.
- 7+ years experience working in software or SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Demonstrated skills and passion for problem solving and operational excellence with a proven ability to design & implement workable solutions.
- Advanced skills in data analysis using MS Excel, performance measurement, and reporting.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines and provide well‑vetted reporting and business recommendations.
- Significant experience with Salesforce CRM, Tableau or Tableau CRM and PowerBI required.
- Good presentation skills, ability to work with senior leadership.
