About the Role

We are seeking a Recruiting Generalist to join our global talent acquisition team. The primary focus is hiring for Go‑to‑Market (GTM) functions across EMEA and South Africa—including Sales, Marketing and Customer Experience—while also supporting hiring for our engineering team in South Africa. This role offers significant cross‑functional and global exposure, a hybrid schedule in our Johannesburg office, and a vibrant local team.

Your Contribution will be:

  • Full life cycle recruitment
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, post ads, attend events, screen candidates, organize interviews, negotiate and extend offers.
  • Assess talent using market intelligence and quickly analyze social profiles, traditional resumes and applications.
  • Provide excellent candidate experience through timely follow‑up and onsite hosting during interviews.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies, manage internal/external referral programs and craft unique outbound messaging.
  • Understand and leverage conversion metrics to manage talent funnel and maintain a sense of urgency.
  • Leverage sourcing tools to build a candidate pipeline; maintain accurate information in the applicant tracking system.
  • Maintain high candidate engagement with timely feedback throughout the recruiting process.
  • Develop an understanding of compliance issues globally and domestically, ensuring adherence to best practices.

To be successful we think you need:

Required

  • 2 years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience managing relationships and working directly with hiring managers.
  • Experience in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment and/or an evolving or high‑growth company.

Preferred

  • Recruiting experience for GTM and/or engineering roles at a tech company.
  • Recruiting experience in a U.S.‑based global organization.
