We are offering a 6‑month contract role in London, as a Marketing Manager – Demand Programs. The role focuses on digital, direct and channel marketing, and is responsible for defining and executing marketing programs to create demand for Nintex across EMEA, specifically UAE and Saudi Arabia. The Marketing Manager will work closely with Pipeline, Sales and Channel teams to identify activities that drive pipeline and bookings.

This includes managing campaigns that align with business goals, using webinars, web properties, digital, direct and sponsored events, and ensuring strong execution with all Nintex teams.

  • Pipeline Strategy & Planning: Using available data and results, develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Nintex’s overall business objectives to reach established goals. In collaboration with the wider Marketing Team and Regional Sales Leadership, identify opportunities for pipeline development across marketing, sales and partners.
  • Campaign Management: Define and execute campaigns with clear KPIs, onboard GTM teams and partners, monitor and report on effectiveness, and make data‑driven optimisation decisions using a Test, Learn, Optimise mindset.
  • Event Management: Strategise and select in‑region sponsored events in alignment with target audiences and sales plays. Execute events including lead‑up, at‑event and post‑event activities across the broader team.
  • Marketing Collateral: Work with product marketing, corporate marketing, content and creative teams to develop required marketing materials for each campaign.
  • Relationship Management: Build and cultivate cross‑functional relationships within GTM organisations, securing alignment, objectives and KPI buy‑in from sales, partner and marketing channels.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimisation: Collaborate with reporting and performance teams to set and measure campaign KPIs in the testing framework, focusing on pipeline and revenue impact rather than volume of leads.

Qualifications: 6+ years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS company. Arabic speaker. Data‑informed mindset; ability to define and execute campaigns that drive pipeline winning. Ability to work cross‑functionally. Full funnel marketing understanding, from strategy through execution to outcomes. Outstanding analytical capabilities and attention to detail, with a focus on continuous improvement.
