Role Summary
- The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting B2B projects to ensure successful delivery and business outcomes.
- The role requires close collaboration with clients to gather and define business requirements, while managing enquiries and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
- The incumbent is expected to perform data analysis, identify trends and insights, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
- This role will work closely with the BAU team to optimize operations, streamline processes, and enhance overall productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.
- Project Management
- Plan, develop, and execute projects to support BAU (Business-As-Usual) operations with the objective of improving cost efficiency, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and address enquiries or escalations effectively.
- Drive project governance, monitor progress, and identify risks to ensure successful delivery.
- BAU Support
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and monitoring tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost, loss rates, service levels, and operational performance.
- Support ongoing operational activities through data-driven insights and performance tracking.
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Data Analysis
- Analyze operational data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes, and propose actionable solutions.
- Generate insights and recommendations to enhance business performance and operational outcomes.
- Translate data findings into strategic initiatives and improvement plans to support business objectives and operational growth.
- Partner with stakeholders to support data-driven decision making and long-term operational strategy.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in Data Analysis or Project Management experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Contract Logistics would be an added advantage.
- Experience managing client-facing engagements and building stakeholder relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any field.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Resourceful, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proven project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e. g.
Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, reporting); familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or project tracking platforms is an advantage.
