You will play a critical role in translating NinjaOne’s global MSP partnership strategy into localized execution, leveraging relationships within the Systemhaus, reseller, and MSP ecosystem to position NinjaOne as the preferred platform across the region. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will work cross-functionally to ensure MSP partnerships drive pipeline, accelerate deal cycles, and deliver long-term partner value.
Location: Remote, anywhere in UK
What You’ll be Doing
- Execute MSP and Tech Alliance partnerships across EMEA, with a strong focus on DACH market penetration
- Drive regional go-to-market motions with strategic partners, distributors (VADs), and top-tier MSPs

- Establish and maintain a strong feedback loop between MSP partners and product teams to influence roadmap and positioning
- Support NinjaOne’s presence at key regional events, including industry conferences, partner engagements, and executive forums
- Maintain BD reporting, pipeline visibility, and regional partnership metrics
- Other duties as needed
