This role sits at the intersection of community, content, and culture — and it moves fast.
Community & Engagement

- Build relationships with community members, brand advocates, and influencers to drive loyalty and organic advocacy.
- Identify UGC opportunities and surface member stories, testimonials, and moments worth amplifying.
- Track engagement metrics and sentiment to measure what's working and feed it back into strategy.

- Concept, shoot, edit, and publish social‑first video content — from idea to execution.
- Create content built to stop the scroll: native to platform, culturally relevant, and designed with engagement in mind.
- Develop posts, polls, competitions, and activations that spark genuine interaction — not just impressions.
- Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh formats, sounds, and ideas to the table before they peak.

- Strong written voice with the ability to adapt tone across platforms and audiences.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Moves fast, thinks creatively, and doesn't wait to be told what's trending.
