As a Principal Talent Access Partner embedded within our global Talent team, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our Product Design Engineering function. You’ll be the strategic advisor and talent acquisition lead for one of the most innovative engineering teams in the industry—powering the design, development, and launch of category-defining products that consumers love.

We’re looking for a bold, curious, and technically savvy recruiter who can own the full recruitment lifecycle while building trusted partnerships with senior engineering leaders. What You’ll Do:

Own and lead end-to-end hiring for Product Design Engineering roles, from intake to offer to onboarding.

Act as a strategic thought partner to technical leadership , advising on market trends, competitor mapping, and long-term hiring strategies.

Facilitate Talent Strategy Discussions (TSDs) to align on role scope, assessment criteria, and structured interview processes.

Build and nurture pipelines of best-in-class talent across mechanical engineering, CAD, prototyping, and product lifecycle development .

Champion process excellence through Greenhouse, ensuring rigor, compliance, and data-driven reporting.

Collaborate cross-functionally with People & Culture, Compensation, and Finance to deliver equitable, competitive offers.

Be a vocal advocate for diverse and inclusive hiring practices , bringing a DEI lens to every search.

Help drive company-wide talent initiatives including employer branding, interviewer training , and recruitment innovation.

What You’ll Bring:

8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience , with deep expertise in engineering or technical hiring.

A strong technical lens—you can speak the language of design engineers and understand the nuances of hardware innovation.

Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders in high-stakes hiring decisions.

Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments , ideally within consumer products, design, or hardware sectors.

Passion for building diverse teams and embedding inclusive practices in everything you do.

Proficiency in Greenhouse or a similar ATS, and a data-informed approach to talent acquisition.
