As a Marketing Manager UKI, you will play a key role in the flawless execution of new product launches and driving growth across the Motorised, Frozen Treats and Outdoor Categories. As part of the UKI Marketing Team, you will work with stakeholders across the Global Organisation, aligning with Global strategy whilst executing with local nuance, crafting compelling, locally relevant stories and campaigns that delight our consumers.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the Growth Engine! Develop and implement category strategies to drive sales and profitability.
- Flawlessly execute upon the local go-to-market strategy.
- Develop localized and compelling brand messaging that connects with consumers.
- Be a Cross Functional Partner working with Global Partners and Local Strategic Sales, Sales and Marketing including Media, IMC, PR and Retail Marketing to deliver best-in-class launches.
- Own category performance insights, identifying growth opportunities, and optimizing sales performance.
- Use insights to make data driven decisions, developing a deep understanding of the Product, Story, Market and consumer.
- Utilise competitor research to help determine the product roadmap, ensuring it meets UKI consumer needs.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years in Product/Brand Marketing, ideally in consumer goods or appliances.
- A passion for category storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and killer execution.
- Strong commercial acumen; you get the numbers and know how to turn insights into action.
- A fast-moving, collaborative mindset; you thrive in a high-energy team.
- Able to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders across different departments and geographies at a range of levels.
- Knowledge of UK & I market and retailers is advantageous but not essential.
- The ability to think big, move fast, and make things happen.
