Position Overview

We have an exciting 12‑month maternity cover opportunity for a Manager, Retail Display, EMEA based at our London offices (3 days a week).

This role will support all markets across EMEA and work cross‑functionally to develop and deliver breakthrough retail display, omni‑channel digital solutions and POS.

The manager will help deliver Shark Ninja’s retail experience, promote the brand and products at store level, and lead the development and implementation of displays for emerging EMEA markets.

Responsibilities

  • Adapt and further develop Shark Ninja’s retail excellence playbook and guidelines to ensure seamless customer experiences across our emerging EMEA markets.
  • Lead GTM for emerging EMEA markets.
  • Build a framework with distributors for assessing key retail opportunities that guides Shark Ninja’s CAPEX investment.
  • Analyse, follow up and report sales figures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for displays and implement appropriate actions across emerging EMEA markets and with country teams.
  • Support country and distributor retail marketing teams and partners in delivering a consistent, unique and excellent customer experience across our store network.
  • Continuously improve our in‑store service model, building and delivering an audit and maintenance programme across emerging EMEA markets.
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop processes and policies that enable operational excellence across all stores.
  • Support the Director of Retail Excellence, EMEA and the Senior Managers, In‑store Experience and Display, EMEA to conceptualise, scope and deliver key projects, including experiential, in physical retail.
  • Analyse and interpret store needs and business strategies to define problem statements, build strong user stories and drive alignment with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure that projects, tools and processes are fit to land in physical stores.
  • Develop and optimise best practices for in‑store experience and execution, including manuals, guidelines and processes.
  • Develop the Shark Ninja branded retail excellence playbook, strategy and retail brand guidelines, including clear ROI metrics.
  • Build a strong understanding of our retail business, guide and drive critical improvement initiatives.

Create KPIs and country guidelines across retail display and store metrics, including NPS.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as an industry leader in EMEA retail display design and development.
  • Supported branded retail experiences and digital demo implementation from world‑class brands in roles such as retail excellence, digital store experience, product management, etc.
  • Solid understanding of retail store operations from working with retail stores across EMEA.
  • Ability to demonstrate a data‑informed approach, including experience with extensive digital tool implementation in retail.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering retail improvement and display projects and initiatives that benefit the overall experience for shoppers and consumers.
  • Strong project management skills that enable you to independently lead smaller projects/workstreams and prioritise numerous tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Extensive key stakeholder management experience and comfort in providing collaborative challenge.
  • Proficient English verbal and written communication skills, an open mind and ability to work across many markets and organisational levels.
  • Proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar software for data cleaning, manipulation and visualisation.
