AI at SharkNinja

At SharkNinja, we’re building an AI-native culture. We’re not waiting for the future; we’re creating it. Our people are expected to experiment boldly, adopt new tools, and continuously raise what’s possible to create meaningful impact for our consumers. If you believe the best way to do your job hasn’t been invented yet, you’ll fit right in.

About the role

SharkNinja is looking for a Manager, Creator Programs to own the strategy and infrastructure behind our mid-tier and micro creator ecosystem. This is not an influencer campaign role — it is a program leadership role focused on designing scalable systems, building and leading a high-volume creator roster, and turning UGC into a repeatable, high-performing content engine across our brand portfolio. You will sit at the intersection of social, influencer, and creator commerce — setting the direction and operational standards for a program that runs and evolves at global scale. This role launches without direct reports but is scoped at the manager level — team growth is anticipated as the program matures.

What you’ll own

  • Creator roster and pipeline: Own the strategy and growth of our mid-tier and micro creator portfolio across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Define pipeline standards — including sourcing criteria, vetting frameworks, and onboarding protocols — and ensure the roster is always-on, organized by category, platform, and content type.
  • Program operations: Lead end-to-end program operations across the full creator lifecycle — briefing, contracting, content review, approvals.
