About Us

SharkNinja is a global product design and technology company, with a diversified portfolio of 5-star rated lifestyle solutions that positively impact people’s lives in homes around the world. Powered by two trusted, global brands, Shark and Ninja, the company has a proven track record of bringing disruptive innovation to market, and developing one consumer product after another has allowed SharkNinja to enter multiple product categories, driving significant growth and market share gains. Headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts with more than 3,600+ associates, the company’s products are sold at key retailers, online and offline, and through distributors around the world.

We build category defining products and the finance engines that power them. As Senior Manager in the Accounting function, you’ll be the accountable owner for your area of the P&L and balance sheet across nine EMEA legal entities—turning insight into impact, pace into progress, and great teams into extraordinary ones.

What you’ll do (the outcomes that matter)

  • Inspire and grow a high performing team. Set a clear vision, coach for outcomes, and create an environment where people win, learn, lead, and grow—every quarter, not just at review time.
  • Own your numbers—end to end. Hold ultimate responsibility for the P&L and balance sheet in your functional area: monthly close integrity, reconciliations, variance analysis, and balance sheet substantiation that stands up to audit, partnering with the FP&A team to provide insights to senior leadership on your area.
  • Lead payroll oversight for your region. Review payroll outputs across EMEA entities to ensure accuracy, compliance, and correct financial posting—partnering with HR and external providers to resolve discrepancies fast.
  • Drive SOX excellence across EMEA. Lead and continuously improve SOX compliance for your functional area — strengthening control design, tightening execution, closing gaps quickly, and ensuring documentation, walkthroughs, and testing materials are audit ready every cycle.
  • Champion simpler, stronger, more automated controls that scale across all nine legal entities.
  • Create cross entity cohesion. Identify where processes diverge, align ways of working, and build scalable, unified approaches across all EMEA entities—unlocking shared efficiencies, stronger controls, and a more seamless month end experience.
  • Enable geo-expansion at pace. Partner with Tax, Legal, Supply Chain, Commercial and FP&A to stand up new markets, channels, and go-to-market models, owning finance readiness, controls, and day1 reporting.
  • Land the month, tell the story. Deliver an accurate, on time close; distill the “so what” for senior leaders alongside your FP&A partners; and convert data into clear actions for the business.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven leadership of high performing finance teams.
  • Multientity EMEA experience with full P&L and balance sheet ownership.
  • Strong business partnering, especially with FP&A.
  • Experience improving processes and delivering measurable efficiency.
  • ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite or similar) and strong BI/Excel capability.
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
