Role Overview

We are seeking a Digital Content and Merchandising Executive to join our UK team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of digital content across our UK websites, supporting day‑to‑day merchandising and content updates.

You will ensure all site content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with both business objectives and trading goals, while driving continuous improvements to the customer journey through targeted UX enhancements.

This role requires a data‑driven mindset, using insights from platforms to guide decision‑making.

You will collaborate closely with UK and global teams to ensure our websites are optimised, compliant, and delivering outstanding consumer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a digital content and merchandising strategy, using a data‑led approach aligned with business and trading priorities.
  • Manage content across Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
  • Conduct regular content audits, proofreading, and editing to maintain accuracy, clarity, and compliance with accessibility standards.
  • Create, upload, and merchandise content to support product launches and trading campaigns.
  • Work closely with the SEO team to curate optimised landing pages that improve visibility and enhance user journeys.
  • Use tools such as waiting room/online queuing and merchandising enhancements to improve engagement, measuring effectiveness with VWO.
  • Oversee day‑to‑day site maintenance, including promotional code and campaign set‑up, legislation updates, campaign rollouts, and enablement activities.
  • Work with the wider DTC teams, including CRM, Affiliates, and Paid Marketing, to improve on‑site consumer journeys.
  • Use VWO, Salesforce analytics, and GA4 as reporting tools to monitor content and site performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to increase engagement, improve conversion, and optimise the consumer journey.
  • Work closely with trading teams to meet commercial goals, ensuring clear communication during peak trading periods.
  • Partner with marketing, product development and UX teams to align and optimise content across platforms.
  • Share best practice guides and quality control processes across regions to ensure consistency and minimise risk, particularly during and after platform migrations.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience managing digital content within CMS platforms.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, proofreading, and attention to detail.

Desirable

  • Familiarity with Salesforce and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of UX principles to support consumer journey optimisation.
