Role overview:

The HR Optimization Manager is the driver behind a high-performing EMEA P&C function. The role will report into the Chief People Officer, partnering closely to execute on the P&C strategy, leading initiatives and projects that drive impact and sharpen how the P&C leadership team operate, turning data, process, and AI into better outcomes for the business and our team members. It's a role for someone who is rarely satisfied, obsessed with making things work better and energised by owning the roadmap that makes P&C a competitive advantage at SharkNinja.

Here are some of the exciting things you’ll get to do:

  • Act as the operational right hand to the EMEA CPO, supporting in the translation of strategy into a prioritised roadmap and driving it to completion.
  • Support in removing friction and building processes that drive efficiency enabling effectiveness across the cross-functional HR Leadership team.
  • Bring AI into the way P&C works, identifying and deploying tools that automate manual effort, sharpen insight, and free the team to focus on higher impact/value work.

  • Drive an efficient and effective P&C EMEA operating model, ensuring tight connectivity with stakeholders all through the business.
  • Own and drive the P&C EMEA roadmap, execution and continuous improvement.
  • Lead critical P&C projects, managing scope, timeline, stakeholders and outcomes.
  • In partnership with our People Experience team, develop people dashboards, data analysis and reporting.
  • Other tasks assigned by CPO EMEA.
