UK & Ireland Customer Supply Chain Director

Battersea, London / Hybrid – 3 days per week in our Battersea office

As we continue our rapid growth, we’re looking for a UK&I Customer Supply Chain Director to join our EMEA Operations team.

As a key member of the EMEA Operations Leadership team, the successful candidate will leverage a relentless desire to win and drive our continuous improvement ethos that seeks the best solution to deliver the world-class results that SharkNinja has consistently generated over the last decade.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead cross-functional supply chain operations for the UK&I market to enable growth and deliver outstanding service to our consumers and retailer partners
  • Be the face of SharkNinja Operations with our customers, developing integrated retailer partnerships to deliver first class results against key operating metrics (product availability, service & cost)
  • Own the execution of monthly order and shipment plans to deliver revenue objectives, leading action plans to address risks and capitalize on opportunities
  • Streamline cross-functional processes across channels and customer accounts to eliminate inefficiencies and maximize service
  • Advance order management tools, technologies and reporting capabilities in partnership with Global teams and retailers
  • Support Demand Planning and Commercial teams with forecasting processes across key retailers, to deliver accurate order planning and seamless new product launch execution
  • Take ownership of additional markets and channels as requested and partner with leaders in other business functions to drive operational initiatives
  • Support GEO-Expansion initiatives by enabling entry into new international markets, ensuring supply chain readiness, scalability of processes

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven leadership experience across customer supply chain, order management, logistics, and demand and supply planning within organizations known for world-class supply chain capabilities.
  • Track record of leading in a matrix structure and fostering value-driven partnerships with external customers
  • Expertise in S&OP/IBP processes and comprehensive end-to-end supply chain knowledge.
  • Strong ability to leverage KPIs and data analytics to identify trends, improve processes, and deliver measurable improvements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proven track record of building effective long-term relationships across internal and external teams.
  • Clear and impactful communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong work ethic with a results-driven approach, ensuring follow-through on commitments.
  • Willingness to adopt a hands-on approach, demonstrating adaptability and urgency in response to shifting priorities .
