THE ROLE
We're looking for an Art Director to join our In Market Creative team, based in London and supporting Shark and Ninja's DTC presence across the EMEA. In this role, you'll lead the creative development of market-specific campaigns, digital content, and channel creative, ensuring global brand standards come to life in ways that resonate locally. You'll be a creative generalist with strong art direction instincts, working across digital, social, and CRM touchpoints to drive consumer engagement and conversion in key markets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Art direct and design market-specific DTC creative across digital, social, email, and on-site channels for EMEA markets
- Partner with the Sr. Manager and regional marketing teams to develop campaign concepts and creative executions that drive DTC performance
- Adapt global creative platforms to local market needs, maintaining brand consistency while ensuring cultural and market relevance
- Lead creative across the full project lifecycle: brief, concept, design, and delivery
- Direct photography, video, and content shoots as needed, managing external talent and production partners
- Collaborate with the Global NPD team to ensure in-market creative is aligned with product launch strategy
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the SharkNinja DTC design system and brand voice
- Present creative concepts and strategies to regional and global stakeholders
- Manage and guide junior designers within the in-market team as the team grows
WHAT YOU BRING
- 6+ years of experience in art direction, digital design, or creative direction, in-house, agency, or DTC
- Portfolio demonstrating strong art direction across digital campaigns, social, and e-commerce creative
- Excellent graphic design, layout and typography
- Experience working across multiple markets or adapting global creative for regional audiences
- Familiar with producing AI Generative Creative using node-based systems: Flora, Weavy
- Proficiency using Open AI or Claude
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of social content formats and platform-specific creative best practices
- Experience briefing and managing external creative talent
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects across different markets simultaneously
- Experience with consumer electronics, beauty, or lifestyle brands preferred
