Ninja Warrior Southampton is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader to join our team. This is a hands-on role that's perfect for someone who already has experience in a busy customer-facing environment and is ready to take on more responsibility. You'll lead by example, support the management team and help make sure every shift delivers a safe, fun and memorable experience for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Support the management team with the day-to-day running of the venue.
- Lead and motivate Team Members during shifts.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Support the smooth running of activities, reception, food & beverage and other areas of the venue.
- Help allocate tasks and ensure they are completed to a high standard.
- Coach and support Team Members to develop their skills.
- Recognise great performance and provide constructive feedback where needed.
- Support health & safety checks and ensure procedures are followed.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and venue presentation.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues where possible.
- Drive sales through upselling activities, food & beverage and retail.
- Support opening and closing procedures.
- Report maintenance, safety or operational issues to the management team.
- Step up and take ownership when required.
