About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Supervisor to support the day-to-day operation of Ninja Warrior UK Sheffield.

You will help lead the team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, maintain high operational standards, and support the venue in achieving its commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Support the management team in running the venue efficiently and safely.

Open and close the venue, completing all operational checks and procedures.

Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve high performance.

Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.

Support recruitment, inductions, training, and performance management.

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and company procedures.

Assist in achieving revenue, retail, and food & beverage targets.

Support stock control, financial processes, and venue standards.

Deputise for the General Manager or Assistant General Manager when required.

Essential Experience & Skills

Minimum 1 year's people management experience.

Experience in a customer-facing role.

Previous keyholder experience.

Health & Safety awareness and compliance experience.

Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills.

Ability to coach, develop, and motivate others.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications

Essential Good GCSE standard of education. Full UK Driving Licence. Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS Check. Preferred First Aid at Work Qualification. Why Join Us?
