As part of the Ninja Fuel Crew, you are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and immaculate café space, creating memorable moments for guests of all ages. Whether you're restocking, prepping food, cooking, or serving, you take pride in your arena-working as a united team to deliver hot, fresh fuel right on time.
Commercial awareness is key to this role: helping guests make the most of their visit by offering deals, checking for refills, and engaging in friendly, upbeat conversation that elevates their entire Ninja journey.
Clear, confident communication is essential-this department thrives on teamwork, energy, and hard work, ensuring the Ninja experience is unforgettable from the first obstacle to the last bite.
