The role of the Ninja Party Host is to deliver the most legendary parties in town — celebrating the birthday warrior, creating epic fun for every child, and taking all the stress and hassle away from parents and organisers. You will be responsible for preparing the party arena, engaging with the young Ninjas, and supporting parents with confidence, enthusiasm, and positivity — ensuring everyone has an unforgettable time. Ninja Parties are a powerful showcase of the experience you deliver, helping secure future bookings as guests see the excitement first-hand.

You’ll need to anticipate needs, respond quickly to requests, and create heroic moments that will be remembered for a lifetime. Timing and organisation are crucial — from the moment the party arrives, to food delivery, games, challenges, and clean-up. Clear communication, confidence, and high energy are key.
