Your mission is to ensure our Ninjas deliver exceptional experiences every single shift. You lead through action – guiding, coaching, and inspiring the team while keeping the venue operating like clockwork. You’ll support the Elite Ninjas (Management Team), uphold our values, and champion a culture built on balance, courage, energy, and flexibility.

This role is 30 hours per week, with the opportunity to flex up in school holidays and busy periods.
Skills and experience
- Experience in the leisure or hospitality sector
- Previous supervisory or teamlead experience in a busy venue
- Experience working with children is highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge of health & food safety
- Confident in leading shifts and delivering guest experience through your team
- Understanding of KPIs and how to deliver them operationally
- Ability to adapt quickly, stay resilient, and lead with energy
- A genuine ambition to deliver a fun customer experience, consistently
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Organised and can manage own time
- Able to learn new skills and information
- Great team player
- Able to listen to and action instructions
- Able to always communicate professionally and with respect
- Excellent record of time keeping
- Party experience desirable
- Experience with food safety desirable
