Role Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and supporting B2B projects to ensure successful delivery and business outcomes. The role requires close collaboration with clients to gather and define business requirements, while managing enquiries and escalations in a professional and timely manner. The incumbent is expected to perform data analysis, identify trends and insights, and drive continuous process improvement initiatives. This role will work closely with the BAU team to optimize operations, streamline processes, and enhance overall productivity, efficiency, and operational performance.
Job Responsibility
- Project Management
- Plan, develop, and execute projects to support BAU (Business-As-Usual) operations with the objective of improving cost efficiency, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and address enquiries or escalations effectively.
- Drive project governance, monitor progress, and identify risks to ensure successful delivery.
- BAU Support
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and monitoring tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost, loss rates, service levels, and operational performance.
- Support ongoing operational activities through data-driven insights and performance tracking.
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations to support business decision-making.
- Data Analysis
- Analyze operational data and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and root causes, and propose actionable solutions.
- Generate insights and recommendations to enhance business performance and operational outcomes.
- Translate data findings into strategic initiatives and improvement plans to support business objectives and operational growth.
- Partner with stakeholders to support data driven decision making and long term operational strategy.
Job Requirement
- 2–5 years of experience in Data Analysis or Project Management experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Contract Logistics would be an added advantage.
- Experience managing client facing engagements and building stakeholder relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any field.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Resourceful, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Proven project management capabilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards, reporting); familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or project tracking platforms is an advantage.
