Requirements: We are looking for an experienced animator to create final gameplay animations on a 12-month, freelance contract. During this time, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of various gameplay orientated assets. You will collaborate closely with other disciplines to iterate on the work, making sure the final quality hits our visual fidelity and mechanics standards. You will be working in both offline DCC packages and engine. Being able to work from our Cambridge studio when required would be an advantage, but not essential.
Your Skills:
- Demonstrable understanding of real-world body mechanics and timing.
- An awareness of the full modern games pipeline.
- Working knowledge of Motion builder, Maya & Unreal.
- Great communication and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for games and game development.
Your Experience:
- Produced final animation content in a development environment.
- Demonstrable skill set in Motion builder, Maya and Unreal, or comparable applications.
