Are you a driven B2B sales professional who wants to work on high-impact events that genuinely move markets? This is a rare opportunity to join the delegate sales team behind a portfolio of market-leading conferences and deal-making forums operating globally, based in the London HQ.
As a Delegate Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for driving attendance across a portfolio of flagship events. You'll prospect for new business, manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads, and sell to senior decision-makers who value their time.
- Sell delegate attendance across a portfolio of B2B conferences and deal-making events
- Win new business, upsell existing accounts, and cross-sell across the global events portfolio
- Manage and close a healthy pipeline of delegate deals in a timely, structured way
- Report weekly on pipeline and work collaboratively with sales, marketing, production, and ops teams
- Attend events onsite to deepen client relationships and build market knowledge
What we're looking for in this Delegate Sales Executive:
- Experience in B2B selling, ideally in events or conferences but not essential
- Confidence selling to senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers
- A phone-first mentality, you'll be on calls regularly and you're comfortable with that
- A deal-maker mindset, you spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities and pursue them
- Strong pipeline management and commercial judgement

Package & benefits:
- £30,000-£35,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
