What they're building now is the commercial infrastructure to match.

This is a Director-level hire with real strategic weight. You'll lead a team of Business Development Managers, own the annual sales plan across verticals, bring structure and rigour to the sales process, and play a central role in launching new products. The expectation is a player-coach, someone who leads from the front.

What we're looking for:

  • Significant B2B sales experience within media, publishing, events, or information services
  • A proven track record leading commercial teams and building scalable revenue models
  • Consultative sales pedigree - experienced developing and closing high-value proposals
  • Strong sales methodology and CRM discipline
  • The presence and credibility to influence senior stakeholders and represent the business externally

The package:

  • £90,000 base salary / £140,000 OTE - uncapped commission
  • Hybrid working: 3 days per week in Central London
  • 25 days annual leave, increasing by one day per year of service (up to 30)
  • International travel - predominantly Europe and the US
