NineTwoThree AI Studio is a remote-first product design, engineering, and marketing studio, founded in 2012 and based in Boston. We build AI-powered web and mobile apps for big brands and fast-moving startups.

We're hiring a Marketing Operations Manager to be the calm, organized backbone of our marketing engine. You will own the project boards, the production calendars, the cross-team handoffs, the email program, the reporting, and the day-to-day operational rhythm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own Monday.com and Notion. Build, maintain, and improve the marketing boards. Run the weekly marketing review and chase blockers.
  • Own the email program in HubSpot. Build and send newsletters, nurture sequences, and lifecycle automations. Manage segmentation strategy and monitor deliverability.
  • Book and coordinate developer, designer, and QA hours. Scope requests, manage the queue, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Run production workflows across blog, email, podcast, YouTube, social, and gated assets.
  • Build and run workflow automations using tools like AirOps, Zapier, and HubSpot workflows.
  • Manage the website production pipeline, coordinating everything that ships on the site.
  • Maintain the marketing tech stack and keep tools connected.
  • Own reporting and keep dashboards current and trustworthy.
  • Run the operational rhythm with weekly status updates and monthly audits.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years in marketing operations, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or project coordination.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot and email marketing.
  • Genuine fluency with Monday.com and Notion.
  • Comfortable publishing content in Webflow.
  • Detail-oriented and calm under load.
  • Self-driven and proactive.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience.
