If you're looking to work on cutting‑edge AI products, solve challenging problems, and be part of a fast‑moving, high‑talent team, you'll love it here. Join NineTwoThree AI Studio, a remote‑first product design, engineering, and marketing studio, founded in 2012 and based in Boston. We build AI‑powered web and mobile apps for big brands and fast‑moving startups. You'll work with really smart people — the kind of teammates who challenge you, push you forward, and make you better. We move fast and focus on getting things done. We've been growing 20% every year for the last 5 years, which means there's plenty of room for career growth and promotions. Our work speaks for itself — some of our customers found us through five layers of referrals. That's how much people appreciate what we do. We run on clear processes and strong leadership, so while we move quickly, we don't do chaos. We do high‑quality work, and we do it right. We focus on products with a positive impact in various domains from sports and health, to logistics and nuclear. But if you're into gambling, adult entertainment, or crypto, we're not your place.

Role Overview

We're hiring a Content Marketing Manager to own and scale our organic growth engine. This is a hands‑on, senior‑minded role for someone who writes exceptionally well, thinks in systems, and treats AI as a force multiplier rather than a novelty. You’ll own the content strategy, the SEO and AEO roadmap, the email program, and the AI‑powered workflows that tie it all together. You’ll work directly with our Marketing Team Lead, our designers, our developers, and our AI engineering team to turn deep technical expertise into content that ranks, converts, and compounds. Organization and project management are non‑negotiable. We move fast, but we don't do chaos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the content strategy.
  • Build and run a content engine across blog, email, social, and gated assets that drives traffic, engagement, and qualified leads.
  • Drive SEO and AEO. Run keyword research, on‑page optimization, and technical SEO monitoring.
  • Build our backlink profile through outreach and digital PR.
  • Stay ahead of how AI search engines surface and cite content — and make sure ours is in the answer.
  • Build AI‑powered marketing workflows. Use AirOps, Claude, Claude MCPs, and prompt engineering to scale content production, research, and distribution.
  • Write exceptional copy. Blog posts, landing pages, case studies, whitepapers, email sequences, social posts, lead magnets.
  • Create new offers and lead magnets. Bring ideas for how we package our expertise — guides, tools, frameworks, templates — into assets that convert.
  • Extract expertise from technical staff. Interview our engineers, designers, and AI team, then turn their knowledge into content that's accurate, accessible, and authoritative.
  • Run email marketing in HubSpot. Own newsletters, nurture sequences, and automated workflows. Segment, test, and optimize.
  • Manage the work in Monday.com and Notion. Run content calendars, production workflows, and cross‑team handoffs with precision.
  • Collaborate with design and web. Work with designers in Figma and inside Webflow to build landing pages and content experiences alongside the team.
  • Report on what matters. Use Google Analytics, DataBox, and Ahrefs to track performance, surface insights, and make the case for what's next.

  • SEO & backlinks: Real experience in keyword strategy, on‑page SEO, AEO, and growing a domain's backlink profile.
  • Design & web collaboration: Comfortable in Figma, fluent enough in Webflow to work alongside designers and developers.
  • Analytics: Deep, working knowledge of Google Analytics, DataBox, and Ahrefs or SurferSEO.
  • Project management: Extremely organized, detail‑oriented, and disciplined in Monday.com and Notion.
  • Creative instinct: You come to the table with ideas for new offers, lead magnets, and campaign concepts.
  • Self‑driven: You own your work. You don't need to be managed to be productive.
  • Technical curiosity: You want to learn and write about technical topics, and you enjoy pulling expertise out of smart engineers.
