The Opportunity
We are looking for a Technology Recruitment Consultant with 2–3 years’ experience, ideally with a strong background in IT Infrastructure, to join our rapidly expanding contract division. This is a high-impact role with immediate access to established global accounts and high-volume client demand. You’ll have the platform to build a significant contract book while operating in a market where NineTech already has strong credibility and delivery success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver contract recruitment solutions across IT Infrastructure and wider technology markets
- Build and develop relationships with global consultancies and Financial Services clients
- Source, qualify, and place high-calibre contract professionals
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Manage contractor lifecycle, including care and compliance
- Play a key role in scaling NineTech’s contract division
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years’ experience in technology recruitment
- Strong exposure to IT Infrastructure (networks, cloud, security, EUC, data centre, etc.) preferred
- Proven success in contract billing
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation ability
- Ambitious, driven, and motivated by growth and earnings
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
