My client is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to help design, operate, and evolve our IKP infrastructure platform. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our systems are resilient, scalable, and highly available while driving automation and operational excellence across production environments.

You will work closely with engineering teams to support Kubernetes deployments, identify and resolve infrastructure issues, and continuously improve system reliability through proactive monitoring and root cause analysis. This position is best suited for someone with extensive hands-on Kubernetes experience and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve the stability, availability, and performance of the infrastructure platform
  • Support the deployment, configuration, and ongoing operation of Kubernetes environments
  • Investigate and resolve infrastructure and production incidents in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term reliability and performance improvements
  • Automate operational processes to reduce manual intervention and increase efficiency
  • Contribute to best practices for monitoring, logging, and observability
Required Skills and Experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes architecture, components, and operations
  • Solid understanding of container technologies and orchestration principles
  • Experience working with infrastructure-as-code tools and automation frameworks
  • Proficiency with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to problem resolution
  • Good working knowledge of Unix/Linux system administration
  • Approximately 7–10 years of relevant industry experience preferred
