The Opportunity

We are looking for a Technology Recruitment Consultant with 2–3 years’ experience, ideally with a strong background in IT Infrastructure, to join our rapidly expanding contract division. This is a high-impact role with immediate access to established global accounts and high-volume client demand. You’ll have the platform to build a significant contract book while operating in a market where NineTech already has strong credibility and delivery success. If you’re commercially driven, confident in placing high-quality contractors, and looking to step into a bigger, more lucrative market — this is a clear progression move.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver contract recruitment solutions across IT Infrastructure and wider technology markets
  • Build and develop relationships with global consultancies and Financial Services clients
  • Source, qualify, and place high-calibre contract professionals
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
  • Manage contractor lifecycle, including care and compliance
  • Play a key role in scaling NineTech’s contract division

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years’ experience in technology recruitment
  • Strong exposure to IT Infrastructure (networks, cloud, security, EUC, data centre, etc.) preferred
  • Proven success in contract billing
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation ability
  • Ambitious, driven, and motivated by growth and earnings
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
