My client, within Financial Services, is looking for a Process Architect for an initial 6 Month Contract. This role will be central to optimizing business process design, ensuring operational excellence, and guiding the transition to a scalable Day 2 operational model.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Define, model, and document future-state business processes using BPMN and industry best practices.
  • Business Process Analysis & Transformation: Analyse current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design process improvements that drive business value.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and service architects to gather requirements and ensure alignment. Promote non-bespoke, standardized process models across the organization to support strategic objectives.
  • Process Automation: Identify automation opportunities, support roadmap creation, and collaborate with technology teams on delivery.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Establish KPIs and governance mechanisms to monitor ongoing process performance and continuous improvement.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Provide guidance and mentoring on process design and architecture standards across programs and initiatives.

Extensive experience in Business Process Management (BPM), with strong skills in BPMN and modelling tools. Proven ability to simplify complex, inefficient or broken processes and design scalable, effective solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical domains. Familiarity with automation tools and supporting enterprise-scale transitions. A background in both business and technology transformation contexts is highly desirable.
