What You'll Be Doing:
- Oversee disaster recovery testing in line with strict data center standards
- Own and deliver high-impact, cross-functional projects with business-critical outcomes
- Manage and report on key operational metrics and performance indicators
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure full compliance with internal and external regulations
- Act as the lead point of contact during annual audits, ensuring all deliverables are tracked and met
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization across operations workflows
- Drive transformation by scoping, planning, and executing improvement initiatives
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
- Mentor and coach Network Operations teams on tooling, systems, and operational excellence
- Contribute to broader infrastructure strategy, including on-prem, hybrid, and cloud models
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field OR 5–10 years of hands-on experience in operations, engineering, or team leadership
- Strong experience in enterprise network infrastructure: design, deployment, and maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, quick-turn projects with confidence and clarity
- Clear, structured communication style and ability to present technical insights to broad audiences
- Experience working in regulated, audit-driven environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Proactive, autonomous work style with excellent judgment under pressure
- Some travel may be required
