We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivatedindividual to join our team as Pastoral Support. The role is to help support Heads ofYears in ensuring the pastoral and academic progress of our learners across oneor more-year groups in the Academy. Working with colleagues to ensure policies,behaviour and procedures are followed by all learners.

Candidates will alsohave excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as this role requiresregular contact with parents, colleagues, learners and the localcommunity. The successful candidate willneed to be able to demonstrate that they have strong track record of workingeffectively within a pastoral team and record keeping. Other essential skillsets involve the ability to be able to work flexibly and prioritise workload,work calmly under pressure and uphold a professional, friendly manner at alltimes. It is desirable for candidates to have received safeguarding training orhave good knowledge about the child safeguarding and protection procedures,however full training will be given.

Beyondthe classroom, our vibrant enrichment programme is a real strength of theschool. With over 70 clubs and activities-including sport, music, art, drama,and debating-students are encouraged to explore their passions and develop newskills.
