Ninestiles, an Academy is seeking ahighly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our Inclusion team To work under the instruction/guidance of theStrategic SEND Lead, Senior Leadership Team and in collaboration with teachingcolleagues to raise achievement and progress academically and socially for learnerswith SEND.

We are looking to appoint either aTeaching Assistant Level 3 or a SEND Intervention Coach (please see theattached Job Descriptions and Personal Specifications).

There is one vacancy, and the successfulcandidate will be appointed based on the skills, experience, and strengths theybring to the role. The final appointment will reflect both the needs of thedepartment and which position best aligns with the candidate's expertise. Youmust also be able to show your ability to interact well with learners andteachers alike in a culture built on the values of mutual trust and respect.

We are seeking an individual who canpositively contribute to the team and who is committed to supporting,inspiring, and engaging our learners to achieve the best possible outcomes.

To apply for:

  • Teaching AssistantLevel 3 post you must hold a NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • SEND InterventionCoach role you must be educated to a degreelevel and be able to demonstrate skills and passion that will positively impacton our learners.

We require all of our team to demonstrate the academic abilityto support our Year 11's to gain strong GCSEs and make complex texts accessibleto Year 7s - some of whom are working at KS1 levels; we expect truepartnerships with parents and the confidence to facilitate these independently;you need to be able to work at pace in a fast-paced environment producingconsistently high quality work. Your pastoral work will be excellent and youwill be confident being the first point of contact for parents in need ofsupport. Optimism and consistency will be your core performance virtues. You willbe both IT literate and IT confident. You will be assured in challengingcolleagues to undertake their best endeavours for all learners, recognisingexcellence and challenging when standards of excellence are yet to be met.

At interview we will explore your ability to develop rapportwith learners, and we will explore your personal engagement with reading,especially at a level reflective of the needs of GCSE study.
