About this Role
Are you an experienced Leader of Performing Arts or a teacher with outstanding outcomes looking for a new challenge within an exciting, innovative and supportive academy? You will support the Senior Leadership Team in shaping the direction and development of the team. The post holder will be managing colleagues and securing, implementing and sustaining high quality teaching and learning in the subject; all leading to aspirational and successful outcomes for all Ninestiles learners. We believe in working collaboratively, sharing ideas and supporting each other to achieve great things as we further develop innovative teaching and learning strategies.
The successful candidate will have a keen interest in innovative teaching strategies and commitment to further developing their leadership skills and will have the ability to inspire learners to achieve excellent results. The role offers excellent opportunities for a well-qualified, creative specialist who will build on the success of the department and who is willing to commit to extra-curricular activities that add value to the academy and community.
