Why This Role?

Impact: You will be the one keeping projects on track and audit processes watertight—bringing structure, pace, and follow-through to a busy operations function.

The Opportunity

Some of the processes need tightening up. The audits can be a grind. You will need to chase people for documentation they should have sorted already. If you enjoy bringing order to chaos, you will enjoy it here.

There is a lot of variety; you will be managing day-to-day project logistics, keeping documentation sharp, and making sure key milestones are met. You need to be someone who is happy juggling multiple priorities, confident gathering and organising audit documentation, and comfortable working across departments.

The Culture

You will be surrounded by people who are good at what they do and do not need micromanaging. There is not a lot of hand-holding—if you like owning your work and do not mind a bit of chaos, you will fit in fine.

What They Are Looking For

  • Experience supporting multiple projects at once, ideally within operations or audit.
  • You hit deadlines.
  • Confident producing reports, tracking project status, and keeping documentation up to date.
  • Able to spot potential risks or delays before they become a problem.
  • Comfortable in a role that involves regular cross-functional collaboration.
  • High attention to detail, especially around compliance, documentation, and process.
  • A natural problem-solver who stays focused when things get busy.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Supporting the coordination and delivery of operational and audit-related projects.
  • Maintaining project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and key documentation.
  • Preparing audit reports, tracking findings, and supporting corrective action plans.
  • Assisting with budget tracking and ensuring work stays within scope.
  • Running project meetings and workshops—owning the agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Providing consistent, clear reporting to the Senior Operations & Project Manager and wider teams.
  • Helping improve internal processes and policies for smoother delivery and audit readiness.

The Company

They run the show behind the scenes in insurance. Big on process, heavy on compliance, and everything is tracked, logged, and reported—because it has to be. Not flashy. Not fast-growth nonsense. Just solid, structured work that keeps the wheels turning in a tightly regulated world.

Contract: 12 month fixed term with possibility of going permanent.
