📍 London or Birmingham | Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) 💰 £60-65k + benefits, 12-month contract with permanent potential

A major insurance transformation programme is underway and we’re looking for a Business Analyst with strong London Market/Lloyd’s experience to play a key role in shaping it. Our client is investing heavily in building a modern digital insurance platform, transforming how customers buy, manage and interact with insurance products. You’ll join a collaborative team working across technology, operations and product to help deliver a smarter, customer-first experience. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working across multiple systems and having real influence on delivery, this is the kind of role where you’ll make an impact quickly.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Gathering and translating business requirements into clear technical solutions
  • Mapping customer journeys and improving operational processes
  • Working across APIs, integrations and multiple core systems
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across business, tech and third-party partners
  • Writing user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria
  • Helping shape solutions within a highly regulated environment

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience working as a Business Analyst within the London Market/Lloyd’s insurance space (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of underwriting, claims or policy administration processes
  • Experience working in complex, API-driven or multi-system environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in Agile delivery teams
