FTC Project Coordinator (Contract)

Impact : You’ll be the one keeping projects on track and audit processes watertight—bringing structure, pace, and follow-through to a busy operations function. There’s a lot of variety here, you’ll be managing day-to-day project logistics, keeping documentation sharp, and making sure key milestones are met. Experience supporting multiple projects at once, ideally within operations or audit. Confident producing reports, tracking project status, and keeping documentation up to date. Able to spot potential risks or delays before they become a problem. Supporting the coordination and delivery of operational and audit-related projects. Maintaining project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and key documentation. Running project meetings and workshops—owning the agendas, minutes, and follow-ups. Providing consistent, clear reporting to the Senior Operations & Project Manager and wider teams. Helping improve internal processes and policies for smoother delivery and audit readiness. Contract 12 month fixed term with possibility of going perm.
