You develop a local ecosystem of certified Practitioners who apply the Nine Wisdoms methodology in their own professional contexts. You introduce our tools and approach to organisations that want to strengthen leadership, culture, and collaboration. You combine business development with community building, translating global knowledge into local impact.

- A strong track record in leadership, coaching, or organisational development
- Experience with the Enneagram, or a deep interest in applying it professionally
- An active professional network and the ability to connect with organisations in your region
