We’re partnering with a growing, operationally focused business to appoint a Supply Chain & Commercial Analyst to support the interface between commercial activity, supply chain operations and data-driven decision making. This role is ideal for someone with a background in supply chain, logistics, operations or commercial analysis who enjoys working with data, improving processes and supporting stakeholders across the business. Rather than a sales-facing role, this position focuses on enabling effective decision making and operational delivery through accurate data, insight and structured processes.
You’ll play a key role in supporting commercial and operational activity by ensuring data accuracy, insight and coordination across teams. Responsibilities include:
- Producing and maintaining dashboards and reporting to track KPIs, trends and performance
- Ensuring accurate data entry and integrity across CRM and related systems
- Acting as a central point of contact for process, data and system queries
- Supporting stakeholders with analysis, documentation and insight
- Working closely with supply chain, finance, procurement and marketing to improve workflows
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding of accounts and users from a process and systems perspective
- Identifying opportunities to improve data quality, reporting and operational efficiency
The ideal candidate will come from a supply chain, logistics, operations, sales operations or commercial analysis background, with strong Excel and analytical capability. You’ll be comfortable working across ERP and CRM systems, have a high attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and be a confident communicator able to work across functions. A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to learn are essential. Experience supporting customers, suppliers or internal commercial teams is beneficial, but this is not a quota-carrying or direct sales role.
The position offers broad exposure across supply chain, commercial and analytical functions, genuine development opportunity, and the chance to have a real impact on performance, efficiency and customer outcomes.
