Nine Twenty are partnering with DART Tool Group to find their next Marketing Manager – a hands-on leader who can take great ideas and turn them into high-impact campaigns.
Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you’ll drive the full marketing function – owning the plan, leading a small team, managing external agencies, and delivering activity that supports sales and builds the brand. DART is growing fast, and this is a brilliant opportunity to make your mark. You'll take the lead on strategy and delivery, managing a sizable budget, shaping a clear tone of voice with major customers, and turning strong ideas into reality.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning and delivering the strategic marketing plan
- Managing campaigns across digital, content, social, PR & events
- Leading and coaching a small in-house team
- Partnering with a digital agency on SEO and brand
- Owning the marketing budget and reporting on performance
- Championing brand consistency across everything you do
