We\’re looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on quality role and has a natural drive for continuous improvement. If you\’re someone who enjoys solving problems, leading investigations, and supporting product development from a quality perspective – this could be your next move.
What you\’ll be doing:

Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Be a key player in the development of quality processes, audits and internal controls.
-
Work cross-functionally with production, suppliers and customers to address product concerns.
-
Support NPI (New Product Introduction) and contribute to smooth transitions into manufacturing.

Manage and report on quality metrics – including Right First Time (RFT) and Customer Complaints.
-
Use Lean Six Sigma principles to support continuous improvement and process capability.

Assist with regulatory documentation and system compliance.
What you\’ll bring:

Experience in a manufacturing or process environment.

Strong knowledge of ISO9001 or similar quality systems.

Lean Six Sigma experience .

Confident communicator – capable of speaking with shopfloor teams, engineers, suppliers, and customers alike.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with MS Office, data analysis, report writing and audits.

Internal Auditor certification preferred.
