Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing continue to support our client who are specialists in the creation of high-end, bespoke presentation packaging for the premium spirits, gourmet food, luxury textiles, and fine gifting industries. As part of their continued growth, we’re looking for a Packaging Technologist with strong structural design and graphic artwork skills to join their talented team. This is a unique opportunity to join a creative and collaborative business where your packaging concepts move from idea to production under one roof.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and develop structural packaging solutions across luxury sectors – turning creative concepts into manufacturable products.
  • Work closely with clients to refine prototypes and provide expert guidance on materials and performance.
  • Create technical drawings and structural samples that balance form, function, and visual impact.
  • Collaborate with internal production and account teams to ensure feasibility and quality from concept through to delivery.
  • Produce high-quality packaging artwork and print-ready files in line with brand guidelines and printing specifications.
  • Stay up to date with packaging innovations, sustainability trends, and evolving client needs.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A background in product or packaging design with a solid understanding of structural design principles.
  • Experience working directly with customers to develop and adapt packaging prototypes.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, AutoCAD or IC3D (training available on specific platforms).
  • A creative mindset combined with a technical eye for manufacturability and material performance.
  • Confident communication skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
