Nine Twenty are partnering with DART Tool Group to find their next Marketing Manager – a hands-on leader who can take great ideas and turn them into high-impact campaigns.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you’ll drive the full marketing function – owning the plan, leading a small team, managing external agencies, and delivering activity that supports sales and builds the brand.

DART is growing fast, and this is a brilliant opportunity to make your mark. You\’ll take the lead on strategy and delivery, managing a sizable budget, shaping a clear tone of voice with major customers, and turning strong ideas into reality.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and delivering the strategic marketing plan
  • Managing campaigns across digital, content, social, PR & events
  • Leading and coaching a small in-house team
  • Partnering with a digital agency on SEO and brand
  • Owning the marketing budget and reporting on performance
  • Championing brand consistency across everything you do

What we’re looking for:
You’ll likely come from a retail or agency background and be confident leading from the front. We’re after someone who’s hungry, humble and smart – values-led, great with people, and laser-focused on getting things done.
