Logistics Expeditor – UK Based
Global Supply Chain & Logistics | Full Time | Mon–Fri 08:30–17:00 On-Site
I’m currently working with a growing international business that’s looking to add a Logistics Expeditor to their UK team. A brilliant role where you will build relationships with carriers and keep supply chains moving across the UK, EU, and worldwide. Please note this could be an option for you if you have had previous exposure to logistics, supply chain or procurement through university placements/projects.
What you’ll be doing

Managing consignments end to end — from dispatch through to delivery

Tracking shipments and handling exceptions, making sure everything is logged and followed up

Building strong relationships with carriers and internal teams

Supporting the development of SLAs with stakeholders

Preparing shipping and customs documents

Providing day-to-day support to the wider logistics team
What we’re looking for

Strong Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivots — macros/VBA a bonus)

Confident working with data, freight costs, and KPI reporting

Organised and detail-driven, able to manage multiple tasks at once

Clear communicator, both written and verbal

Someone proactive, who enjoys spotting inefficiencies and suggesting improvements

Comfortable working as part of a global team

Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or procurement (through uni, work placements, or roles)
