Global Supply Chain & Logistics | Full Time | Mon–Fri 08:30–17:00 On-Site

I’m currently working with a growing international business that’s looking to add a Logistics Expeditor to their UK team. A brilliant role where you will build relationships with carriers and keep supply chains moving across the UK, EU, and worldwide. Please note this could be an option for you if you have had previous exposure to logistics, supply chain or procurement through university placements/projects.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing consignments end to end — from dispatch through to delivery

  • Tracking shipments and handling exceptions, making sure everything is logged and followed up

  • Building strong relationships with carriers and internal teams

  • Supporting the development of SLAs with stakeholders

  • Preparing shipping and customs documents

  • Providing day-to-day support to the wider logistics team

What we’re looking for

  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivots — macros/VBA a bonus)

  • Confident working with data, freight costs, and KPI reporting

  • Organised and detail-driven, able to manage multiple tasks at once

  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal

  • Someone proactive, who enjoys spotting inefficiencies and suggesting improvements

  • Comfortable working as part of a global team

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or procurement (through uni, work placements, or roles)

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) or freight software

  • Basic knowledge of international shipping and freight terminology

This role would really suit someone who wants to grow their career in logistics and gain global exposure in a supportive team environment.
